Since 1432
Ever since the Venetian patrician Pietro Querini was shipwrecked in the Lofoten islands and discovered stockfish, this ingredient has been woven into Venice's gastronomic identity. Today the Dogale Confraternita carries that centuries-old legacy forward, and you can be part of it.
